Turkey's golakeeper Rüştü Reçber retires after his illustrious career. He made 114 appearances for Turkey. Rüştü replaced Turkey's number one goalkeeper Volkan Demirel in Euro 2008 against Croatia. His last match was the semifinal in Euro 2008 against Germany where Turkey lost 2-3.
