Xabi Alonso: Decision On Club Football After Euro 2008

Xabi Alonso, Spanish and Liverpool mid-fielder has said that he will wait until the conclusion of Euro 2008, before he takes his decision for club football. Alonso has been linked that he will exit from Liverpool this summer.

Spanish sides Real Madrid and Barcelona has shown keen interested on Xabi Alonso, but Italian side Juventus are the clear favorites to rope in Alonso. Liverpool has tagged him worth ₤12.5 million. Alonso, himself hinted that he is keen to move to Serie A.

But speaking to El Mundo Deportivo, yesterday. Alonso siad that he is keen winning the Euro 2008 for Spain and futher talks on his club football will be done after the tournament.
